At Au Vodka, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a straightforward returns process within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns for items that remain sealed and in their original gold-standard packaging.

Email our dedicated customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the items you wish to return, especially if they arrived damaged.
Approval & Labeling
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to securely label your package for transit.
Secure Packaging
Ensure the bottles are safely packed in their original protective casing to prevent breakage during return shipping; items damaged due to poor repackaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team verifies the seal and condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
